Advanced Program in Business 2017 – Application Form
Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. To get early registration discounts, payments need to be made before the dates indicated in "Program Fees and Benefits". Cancellations or deferrals must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than 45 days before the program start date for full program participants, and 30 days before single lecture start date for single lecture participants will receive 75% refund. Cancellations made 20-45 days before the program start for full program participants and 15-30 days before an individual lecture for single lecture participants, are subject to administrative charge in the amount of 50% of the paid amount. Cancellations requests made later than that will receive no refund. Registration is considered complete once all required information is provided and payment is fully complete. For incomplete payments no refund will be provided and no admittance will be allowed to the lecture until the amount is paid in full.
