Terms and conditions
The program on this website is organized by Innovation Institute, in charge of program content, and Innovation Center, responsible for organizational aspects (hereafter: Organizers). By confirming this transaction you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Organizers commit to deliver the services as described on this website. In case of reasonable cause, Organizers can postpone a lecture and/or program notifying the participants on time. If the program or lecture is for any reason cancelled by Organizers, payment will be fully refunded to participants.
Once Payment is made Participant will be given access to needed program readings and materials. Cancellations or deferrals must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than 45 days before the program/lecture beginning will receive 75% refund. Cancellations made 20-45 days before the program/lecture beginning will receive 50% refund. Cancellations requests made later than that will receive no refund. Registration is considered complete once all information requested by Organizers is provided and payment is made in full. For incomplete payments no refund will be provided and no admittance will be allowed to the lecture until the amount is paid in full.

Organizers agree to protect customers' personal data in a way that it collects only necessary, basic information about customers / users that are necessary for fulfilling our obligations; inform customers about the way information is used, regularly give customers an option how their data will be used, including the decision whether or not to have their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All user information is strictly confidential and available only to employees to who such information is necessary to perform their job. All Organizers’ employees as well as business partners are responsible for respecting the policy. All payments will be effected in Croatian currency (HRK). The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
